IN-STORE PROMO MANAGEMENT

In-Store promo Activation is one of the most effective ways to stimulate purchase in stores (hypermarkets, supermarkets, mini markets and wet markets) by creating attractive activities in store. This approach is very much highly demanded by fast moving consumer goods clients due to its direct result to sales.

EXIGO will develop creative concept program and the project detail plan. When the idea is approved, EXIGO will handle all the production, people management, venue arrangement and other operational management. This activity will be measured from the number of participation and sales.

    The Challenges

    Creates In-Store activity to push Nestle Liquid brands by implementing creative, effective and efficient in-store promo activity. Activities should be done within every Friday – Sunday.

    The IDEAS

    Mobile In-Store Activity by using Mobile Trolley as the ‘booth’ and Dancing performance as attraction-getter
    Happened in Carrefour, Giant, Lotte Mart and Hypermart in Jakarta, Bandung & Surabaya.

    The Issues
    A Q1 2009 Campaign from Nestle Breakfast Cereal is about to launch in order to create excitement amongst kids in store. The campaign has been set. The theme is ANIMAL KINGDOM.


    The Task
    To translate the ANIMAL KINGDOM theme into engaging and creative in-store activities in order to reach sales target.

    The IDEA
    Bring the Koko Krunch Icon and Dinosaurs (as the theme’s icon tactical campaign) together.
    BEAT THE DINOSAURS WITH KOKO KRUNCH! Be An Indiana Jones with Koko Krunch!

    The RESULT
    Excitement  and high involvement amongst the kids
    Average 100 – 150 boxes of Koko Krunch sold out in each location (weekend)
